2 hand halos x 30 reps

barbarian walking lunges x 100 feet

specific warmup (5 minutes)

grave digger rear lunges set up and light practice

strength (20 minutes)

grave digger rear lunges x 5/5-5/5-5/5-5/5-5/5 reps

conditioning/accessory work (2 rounds)

paddling x 20/20 reps

uppercut press x 10 reps

after both rounds are complete do–crucifix isometric hold x max. time
