specific warmup (5 minutes)

10-to-2 set up and light practice

strength (20 minutes)

10-to-2 x 60 seconds work + 60 seconds rest x 1/1/1/1/1/1

conditioning/accessory work (1 round)

double club isometric hold while in a horse stance

x 30 seconds work + 30 seconds rest x 1/1/1
