A couple of years ago the Vintage Strength Games were hosted by Coringa Conway, owner of Iron Life Athletics in Orlando FL. Here’s a look at one of the events that day: 1 hand mace 360’s x 10 minutes.

The Games have grown and are now called Woodalls Vintage Strength Games .
They are held the first weekend in June in Clayton, North Carolina at Woodalls Fitness and Performance .
