Luis Moreno is a level 1 Mace Fit instructor and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor at MADE Fitness and Training Center.
A full-time firefighter and active BJJ competitor, Luis has always made fitness a central part of his life and looks forward to sharing Mace Fit with others to help build strength, resilience, and athletic performance.
