What a crazy storm, huh?
So whether you are snowed in or able to get to a gym you can still get your training in.
This is the time to break out your “go to” exercises.
You know, the ones you can do with minimal equipment or just bodyweight.
If you have a home gym, you’re way ahead of the game.
Smart move!
Another good thing is if you have equipment in your car, just grab it and get to work.
Sure you might not have the ideal set up but you can capitalize on what you do have.
Remember, you can always do an intense bodyweight workout any time.
For the past month or so I have been taking a really in-depth training course.
With several hours a day dedicated to studying, I have to make good use of the time I have.
Some of my “go to” exercises are knuckle pushups, diamond pushups, Hindu squats, thick bar chinups, barbarian squats, and gravediggers.
These are simple to fit in during study breaks.
If you work from home, there’s no excuse for missing training.
If you work elsewhere you have to be a little more creative, but you can still do it.
