a-Set a timer for 30 minutes

b-use light clubs for mills, long cycles

c-use a light mace for grave diggers, 360’s, 300’s

note: don ‘t change weights just keep moving

minimize rest & water breaks

d-log reps for each different exercise

e-do max reps

f-add pounds moved for your total
