Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:15am at Nathan Bendreson Park (north end by the white Finishing Tower)
Monday-Friday 5:30-6:15pm Nathan Bendreson Park (north end by the white Finishing Tower)
Saturday 10:45-11:15 am at Nathan Bendreson Park (north end by the white Finishing Tower)
