I met Jake at Legacy Barbell today.
He had never gotten his hands on an Adex steel club or mace before.
His first impressions were very positive and he “gets it” about their potential for overall strength & fitness.
Next month we will be back at Legacy Barbell to hold our mace Fit Level 1 Coach Certification.
Each person who has registered so far is well-experienced strength athlete, plus we one of the best massage therapists in this area attending also.
This will be epic!
