Jan 23, 2016 Don Giafardino came to my gym, the Cave, and did a free introductory Adex mace & club workshop for us.
My people, loved it and wanted more. They got it too. Don came back for a second workshop and we were seriously getting into this innovative way of training. I wrote about all the details in my Kindle book, “Slinging STeel: The Story Of Mace Fit®”
Fast forward to now and we are blessed to have over thirty certified Mace Fit® coaches in 12 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, England, and Scotland.
More are coming on board this week as I head out to do our last live Mace Fit® certification for 2021 at 10 am today.
Saturday we head up to Orlando for the Vintage Strength Games. Three of our athletes will be competing this weekend.
