Coringa Conway is the owner/head coach at Iron Life Athletics in Orlando.
I met him at the Tampa Bay Strongman Classic before the Covid pandemic when he stopped by our booth.
He picked up a 35lb Adex steel club and a huge grin spread across his face.
Something happened when he got that steel in his hands.
Coringa is a super strong guy who competes in Strongman, Highland Games, and several different martial arts.
He’s one of the most well-rounded athletes I know of.
He is now part of our Mace Fit® coaching team.
