This week I visited a new gym in town called D1 Training.
This is a serious strength & performance gym, and I don’t say that about most gyms.
I am collaborating with them to bring Mace Fit to their gym.
So, here’s what’s happening now.
We are planning a free introductory Mace Fit group class in the next couple of weeks.
The date will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.
This will give people a chance to tour the gym and try Mace Fit.
If it looks good to you here’s how it will work.
Email me at info@macefit.com to get on the list.
