Today let’s look at two different approaches to supersets.
I originally learned to do supersets using two opposing exercises done back to back.
For instance, bench press followed by rows.

The other way to do supersets is to do two exercises targeting the same muscle groups back to back.
Bench press followed by pushups is a good example.
Either method you choose will work.
