We often hit the big muscles of the body, but
how often to we purposely develop the smaller ones?
So let’s look at the forearms.
In fact, Google Bruce Lee’s forearms to see what strong forearms look like.
We shouldn’t let our forearms be a “weak link”.
There are many exercises to strengthen your forearms.
Here’s one of my favorites, the angled isometric mace hold.
Hold a steel mace with both hands all the way down at the bottom of the handle.
Extend both arms all the way out about solar plexus height.
Then turn the mace as far as you can to the right side without dropping it.
Hold it there for 45-60 seconds, then do the left side.
Do this at the end of your training session.
You will be on your way to stronger forearms.
