Let’s take a look at some heavy steel club work.
For the last several years we have had a booth at local Strongman competitions.
This is where some really strong men and women get their hands on a heavy steel club for the first time.
They know it is the “real deal”.
So how heavy can you load an Adex steel club?
We’ve taken them up to 58 3/4 lb as you see in this video
Heavy clubs are great for pullovers, cleans, swings, squats and lunges.
These are no-nonsense training tools.
They will get you strong in ways barbells, dumbbells, & kettlebells can’t.
Keep training hard and heavy but add in heavy steel clubs and you’ll get even stronger.
