This past week I got to live it out on our Alaskan cruise.

Before we boarded the ship I trained in the hotel gym doing calisthenics and resistance exercises.

A couple of days later we did a brutal 7am Pilates session with the onboard coach.

Throughout our time on this huge cruise ship (1,083 feet long and 217 feet high) we walked almost the length numerous times each day.

We also climbed up and down stairs up to 15 flights at a good pace quite often due to the sheer number of people trying to get on the elevators.

Going on and off the ship in fjords with tidal changes of over 20 feet, the gangways were always on a steep incline.

Much of the sightseeing we did was on narrow uphill and downhill walks.

With about 35-40 chefs on board the food was incredible, and we feasted on the many healthy food options available.

Two more times we hit the gym for more calisthenics, resistance training, and of course modified Mace Fit using dumbbells.

The next morning after our long flight back I weighed in and hadn’t gained any weight at all.

Thank God!

By the way we did have plenty of time to relax also.

This stuff works.
