While our gym was shutdown by order of the Governor of Florida, we are continuing our training outdoors. We will do this at local parks as long as we are able to.

However, if we get a “shelter in place” order. we will still continue to train since we have plenty of Adex maces, ercs, & clubs.

For those who already have maces and clubs at home, you are all set! We will continue to post our training on this website for you to follow along.
