That’s when the fitness con men have a field day.
All the hype, celebrity diets, and nonsensical fitness hacks are unleashed on those desperate people.
Some of them are people you have been trying all year to get them to join a gym.
That’s like talking to a brick wall.
We can’t make anyone want to be fit and healthy, but maybe they will come to their senses before it’s too late.
The best thing we can do is keep living the fit life in front of them.
The people who will be in great shape in 2026 are already that way.
