Some folks don’t have a lot of weights to work with.
Others have their own gyms in a warehouse or in their garage just loaded with heavy plates
While I am a believer in lifting heavy stuff, sometimes you just have to make do with what you have on hand.
For instance, when you’re on the road, use whatever is there.
I have used rest areas along the highway for bodyweight exercises or resistance band workouts.
Newspaper/magazine racks make good dip stands.
Of course you can use the picnic tables for a variety of exercises.
If you are fortunate enough to have steel clubs or a mace you have a portable gym right in the trunk of your car.
Here’s a quick exercise combo that looks easy (until you try it).
This will hammer your shoulders, arms, grip, & core.

Do these exercises back to back and you’ll be surprised how hard they get.
Have fun with it!
Also, don’t forget about our next Mace Fit® Certification June 12-13 in beautiful Sarasota, Florida.
