There was a time in our nation’s history when men prized being being rugged and strong. It was a matter of survival and providing for their families. There was no time for weakness of the acceptance of it. Men were men, period.
They often earned their ages through hard manual labor using sledge hammers, picks, shovels, axes, and saws. I have used all of them myself and have done plenty of manual labor over the years.
Many of the tools had long handles like axes, picks, and shovels. They required a different kind of strength than carrying heavy loads. Swinging any of these tools for hours and hours every day would crush most people.
Now a days, we can swing steel maces. With their long handles that same kind of strength can be developed. Some call it rotational strength.
Steel clubs are also good for developing this kind of strength.
Our training will get you strong like that!
Give me a call or send a text if you want to build that kind of strength.
The first week is free.
