Certified Mace Fit Level 1, Coach Ricardo Mendez, will be bring the fire and energy to the workshop/demo.
He is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled.
Ricardo owns BattleCry Fitness in Caselberry Florida.
The Vintage Strength Games will be held at the Europa/UBU Expo Orlando.
