Well, we’re more than half way through the training week.
There’s still time for getting 1% better than you were.
Whether you are a strength athlete, MMA fighter, or tennis player your hands, wrists,
& forearms play a big role in your performance.
Watching the Tampa Bay Strongman Classic last weekend really reinforced the importance of
being able to hold on to heavy stuff.
Atlas stones, axles, and farmers walks are good examples.
If you can’t hold it, you can’t lift or carry it.
Look at any kind of combat sport like boxing or MMA tha involve punching your opponent
you cannot afford any weak links in your body structure.
This especially true of your hands/fists and wrists.
The amount of force you can deliver relies on them.
Also look at tennis players.
How strong do you think they need those areas need to be?
They are striking almost continuously.
Training with steel maces and clubs in Mace Fit is a very effective to strengthen
your hands, wrists, and forearms.
Mace Fit also strengthens the rest of your body.
