While I do respect other types of mace training when done with excellence, that is not our focus.

That’s why we do strict exercises, not just momentum-based.
That’s why we use heavy heavy maces & clubs.
How we program all these different aspects of Mace Fit is why all our people keep getting stronger and stronger.
People can watch stuff on YouTube and Instagram, and get some training ideas,
but learning how to effectively program is the key to success.
