A few days ago there was a thick dense fog outside.
I walked over to my wife’s car to squeegee the moisture off the windows.
I stood out there for a few minutes and my mind went back to my Airborne days when we jumped on foggy nights.
As I approached the jump door of the C-130 it was like a wall of cotton balls, I mean like zero visiblity.
I knew there were many other Paratroopers in the air around me but I couldn’t see them, the aircraft, or the ground.
However, that was no big deal since all of us had been trained for dangerous incidents that could occur.
For instance: hitting powerlines , hitting trees, landing in water, colliding with other Paratroopers on the way down.
There’s more, but you get the picture.
Standard operating procedures (S.O.P.) are in place.
Any successful organization has S.O.P.’s, like law enforcement, first responders, etc.
Teamwork is essential to success and everyone has to know what to do.
This also applies to our Mace Fit coaching.
Our S.O.P.’s are clearly mapped out for all the coaches from the brand new Level 1 up to the Level 2.
We take coaching very seriously, since other people come to us to improve their strength and fitness
in a safe manner.
Every training session that is posted on our website is carefully throught threw before it is made public.
I pray for wisdom every time I write a new one.
We expect all our coaches to be professionals and give their full attention to those they are training.
Foggy or not, we’ve got your back!
