Several years ago when I was in Rik Brown’s online mace course, he recommended that sliders be done every 10 days.
Since he is the global “go to guy” for mace training I took his advice.
We do sliders as a “stand-alone” exercise much of the time. However, adding squats to the equation periodically adds a new element of challenge.
