I think that quote was on a CrossFit t-shirt years ago. During my years with CrossFit, I can see how that fit so well. Some days any type of training might sound horrible at first, but you know you’ll actually like it. Okay you’re sore, tired, and in a bad mood so you really do need to do that horrible training. Of course being New Years day, you might be hung over too. All the more reason to hit the gym or train at home. Your family would probably appreciate you getting some iron therapy so you won’t be so grumpy. Seriously though, we all need to keep our discipline consistent every day, all year. Wusses and losers cave in under pressure, but that’s not you, right? So shake it off, and go train.
