Mace Fit was born in a little obscure warehouse gym, called the Cave, in 2016.
Donnie Giafardino did a free Adex mace & club workshop for us on January 23.
I was hooked right away!
He came a couple of months later and did another workshop for us, and the fire burned even brighter.
I knew this was the next wave of fitness.
Donnie introduced me to Valerie Pawlowski, then to Rik Brown aka Mr. Maceman.
I kept learning more and more.
Fast forward to now and Mace Fit is being taught up and down the east coast of the U.S., plus Arizona and Kentucky
by our excellent certified Mace Fit coaches.
We also have Mace Fit athletes in Scotland, Rwanda, and Puerto Rico.
This month Mace Fit returns to the local UFC gym to do more demos.
God-willing 2026 will be a banner year for us.
