December 9, 2020James and I go way back, even before Mace Fit®.
I am honored to call him my friend.
One of the things that has impressed me the most about James is, although he has been battling cancer for years he doesn’t complain and his faith in the Lord never diminishes.
He knows how to handle tough times!
“I most recently, this summer, completed the Mace Fit Level 2 certification. I’m also NASM Advanced Level certified, Z-Health Level 3, Underground Strength Coach, Combine 360 certified, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Battling Ropes Level 2 and completed the RKC. I’m sure there are other certifications but needless to say I have been a certified personal trainer since 1991 in Las Vegas and have continued my education and knowledge each and every year.”
James is running a certification Jan. 16-17 Woodall’s Fitness and Performance in Clayton NC.
If you are fortunate enough to attend his certification you will get more than your money’s worth!
