1 hand  slash x 8/8 reps (Note: hold the club horizontally for 3 seconds on each rep)

seated 2 hand angle press x 15 reps

BTN stretch x 60 seconds x 1/1

specific warmup (5 minutes)

grave digger squats set up and light practice

strength (20 minutes)

heavy grave digger squats x 4 reps x 6 sets

conditioning/accessory work (1 round)

launch 360’s x 15/15 reps

parry casts x 12/12 reps
