Road trip to Strength Camp

Don Giafardino, Lisa, and myself traveled up to visit  Strength Camp yesterday in St. Petersburg, Florida to have a product review of Adex maces and clubs done by Elliott Hulse.

We also got to share some training ideas and exercises with Elliott.

Great time overall!
