Fit Life Foods is hosting Mace Fit for a free workshop on Dec. 11

We’ll start at 11:00 am and go to about noon

The friendly knowledgeable staff will be glad to show their healthy meals and  snacks.

They even have a nutrition coaching program and a delivery option.

We’ll show what Mace Fit is all about.
