Mace Fit will be offering a 2-tier learning opportunity.

Tier 1: three-hour workshop for those who just want to learn the Mace Fit exercises

Tier 2: three more hours of Mace Fit program design, coaching cues, hands-on practice and

Mace Filt Level 1 Coach certification test.

People can sign up just for Tier 1 separately or they can sign up for both.
