3 of my favorite warmup exercises

If your too busy to warmup, you’re too busy to train.

Let’s look at a few very effective Mace Fit exercises for general warmup.

None of them take very long.

Here’s one I like to start off with.

Walking 2 hand front swings.

light version

heavy version

Next is Barbarian knee walkups

And finally, the Star Complex.

I originally learned this from the late Bud Jeffries as a dumbbell exercise.

Of course, once you finish your general warmup, move on to your specific warmup.

I have a true story to tell you about that in the next email newsletter.

I’ll tell you this much, skipping it led to an injury.
