The first 4 Challenges were only a warm up!
You’ve got me all fired up for this one!
👍🏼 Here’s how it’s done –
Perform one Mace 360 clockwise,
bring mace overhead in horizontal position, holding mace locked out perform one squat, return to standing and perform next Mace 360 swing counter clockwise repeating same overhead squat.
