SLING STEEL FOR A STRONG BACK

One thing I can’t stand is weakness. I refuse to be weak at any age!

Thank God, that at almost 70 years young, I can still train 3 or 4 times a week.

Since I was in the ER just over two years ago I have done a lot of slinging steel and I know that is the main thing that has kept my back strong.

I do axle deadlifts once a week, mostly single reps and not many of them.

Also I do low rep chin ups/pull ups once or twice a week.

The only high rep exercises I do are mace and club exercises.

They work my back like crazy.
