James Woodall is one of the people I respect the most.

In spite of battling cancer for about ten years he was the first person in America to earn the elite status of Certified Mace Fit® Level 2 Coach.

He is also the owner of the very first Certified Licensed Mace Fit® Affiliate gym in the U.S.A., Woodalls Fitness & Performance, in Clayton NC.

James is married and has a great family. He is also very active in his community.
