double Arc pause side cleans x 20 reps

barbarian rear walking lunges x 50 feet

barbarian walking lunges x 50 feet

specific warm up (5 minutes)

double club Russian flys set up and light practice

strength (20 minutes)

double club Russian flys x 5-4-3-2-1 reps

conditioning/accessory work (1 round)

double club front swings x 75 reps
