Here how to do it –
3 maneuvers consecutively performed in 6:00 to achieve a total tally of reps and the volume of calculated weight load
Performing all I succession with only :30 or less in transition time
1. mace 360’s :60 one direction switch without putting down to :60 reverse direction
2. Mace alternating dead launches 2:00 perform a dead launch catch, touch down, then TOSS to opposite side and dead launch catch, touch and TOSS back to opposite side continuing the alternating toss of opposite side the entire 2:00
3. Mace 10 to 2 swings 2:00 Launch into 10 to 2 swings continuously for 2:00
