standing double club flys x 15 reps

Americanas x 40 reps

specific warm up (5 minutes)

strength (maximum number of rounds i n 10 minutes)

one round = double club snatch** x 10 reps + 2 hand side cleans x 10 reps + 360’s x 10 reps

**to do challenge for this month, substitute  sandbag snatches)
