I hear a lot of guys talk all that “Now that I’m 40″ nonsense like it’s an excuse to slow down and get lazy. Gotta work on that ‘”Dad bod” you know.
In fact some guys don’t wait, they get lazy even earlier in life (if you can call that a life).
I am almost 70 years young and, God willing, I will have many more good years ahead of me. I want to stay as strong as I can for as long as I can. That takes discipline and hard work, both of which I love. Here’s a short video of my training today.
Get a plan and take action on it every day! It’s not too late!

I am almost 70 I have a heart problem I CAN do Mace Fit Getting outdoors and swinging steel maces and clubs helps me in many ways. It works my heart in a safe way while I build strength, it's like cardio without running. Also it builds new neural pathways which helps prevent dementia and possibly Alzheimer disease. It is also great for improving balance and coordination which helps prevent falls. Falls are one of the main causes of people ending up in nursing homes. With God's help I can have a robust, healthy life for many more years. @adexclub #adexclub @macefitnation #macefitnation #steelmacenation #seniorfiitness #workoutsforpeolewithheartproblems
