Today’s the last day of 2020 and many people just want it to be over.
They seem to think that the New Year will be way different than this year.
Granted nobody wants more Covid, race riots, hate, crazy storms, wildfires, or corruption.
I sure don’t either, but I know those things are beyond my control and yours.
You can be driven into a hateful rage, deep despair, or utter hopelessness by those things if you focus constantly on them.
So let’s focus on what we can control, mainly our habits.
Here are a few common bad habits to look at:
If any or all of these habits are part of your life and if you don’t change them, then next year will be the same or maybe worse than this year.
Change your habits = change your life.
It’s just that simple. All these things a under your control and can be changed.
Since I’m not your boss or your judge, it’s up to you to decide and take action on your own.
I could help you get fit and strong. I could program your training and coach you.
However, if you won’t change your unhealthy habits it will flop.
So think hard about what you really want to accomplish next year, but don’t waste your time on New Years resolutions.
Form new and healthy habits and your life will change for the better.
