Why today?
Because tomorrow never seems to get here.
If you are over 40, you probably are deep into your career, have a wife, kids and a dog.
All those things matter, but if you don’t stay healthy and strong you may lose all of them.
You might have worked out in high school or college, then life happened and you let it all go. The sands of time wait for no one.
Fast forward to forty and now you hate looking in the mirror.
You think your pants have shrunk (again).
You remember you used to be able to look down and see your feet. Where’d they go?
Now your scared and frustrated.
Don’t worry, it’s not too late to start over and get in good shape!
One big mistake I see again and again is really overweight people running.
This is a disaster waiting to happen.
Most people have never been trained in correct running technique.
Much less a person in panic-mode who just bought the fanciest running shoes on the market and headed out to run in the midday heat.
Running is a great exercise, but don’t start with that.
It’s much safer and more effective to have a consistent walking program.
However, I would much rather see a heavy out-of-shape person start exercising with clubs and maces.
My buddy, Mikey, has lost over 100 lbs this way. I am so proud of him!
He doesn’t run. He slings steel and gets plenty of cardio in a that way.
His coach, Donnie (on the right), has taught him well. He uses our Mace Fit® program because it gets results.
Mikey and Donnie will both be at Mace Fest on July 18-19. Come and hangout with them and other fun people.
It’s going to be a blast!
Learn how you can be lifelong strong! I look forward to seeing you there!
