Heavy steel club cleans today

This Mace Fit class focused on heavy club work.
After the warmups we did 6 sets of 4 reps of heavy 2 hand front cleans .
Great grip and forearm strengthener!
It also improves timing, controlled deceleration, core stability.
We finished up with some high rep side swings, barbarian squats, and Russian flys.
