Mace Fit training #199 (Dax combo challenge)

general warm up (10 minutes)

barbarian walking lunges x 100 feet

1 hand halos x 15/15 reps

double club side swings x 30 reps

specific warm up (5 minutes)

Dax combo set up and light practice

strength (max. rounds in 3 minutes)

One round of Dax combo** = 15 reps each of barbarian pull overs + 2 hand helicopters + alternating  2 hand barbarian press (club is kept parallel to the floor)

conditioning/accessory work (2 rounds)

Russian front raises x 12 reps

angled isometric mace hold x maximum time each side
