After 6 Weeks of Endurance & Sills Routines Its Back to Heavy Training. Follow Heavy Routine 1: Primary Exercise 1 Hand Halos for 9 Sets of 5 Reps. Accessory Exercises are done 4 Sets of 5 Reps for Side Strikes and Front Strikes. Finish Up with 20 Reps Heavy Mace 10-2’s OR 2 Hand Heavy Club Halos.
