Non-gym Mace Fit class part1 Two guys from different work backgrounds trained with ne this morning. One spends a lot of time on a computer or on the phone with clients every day. Mace Fit helps him get up and get moving. As we said the other day. Sitting is the new smoking. The longer you are sitting down the more you damage your health. The other guy has a very physical job which involves a lot of lifting. He has to load and unload 50lb bags of fertilizer throughout the day. The he has gained quite a bit of strength overall especially in his back, shoulders, forearms and grip.
