Even if we don’t think of ourselves that way, we still are all creatures of habit.
Habits can be good or bad. It’s a no-brainer to say
drug habits are bad and
healthy eating and training are good.
Sometimes even good habits can can limit your progress if they trap you in the status quo.
Many people are very resistant to change even if it can greatly benefit them.
Why is that?
Well, I guess it’s because they don’t know what they don’t know.
Just telling people about the new type of training you want to show them won’t quite do the job.
People need to feel the benefit of it.
That means let them get their hands on the equipment.
Nothing beats letting them pick up a mace or club and feel how heavy it is when it looks so light.
Whether you are introducing maces and clubs to Firefighters or martial artists or Strongmen you have to put the clubs and maces in their hands ASAP.
They might already have a good training program, you can help them have a better one.
