NOTE: This training will be done by those who are not competing on Feb.8.

The competitors will be doing competition trials instead.

general warm up (15 minutes)

alternating front swings x 50 reps

2 hand side swings x 40 reps

360 squats x 15 reps

parry casts x10/10 reps

specific warm up (5 minutes)

grave diggers set up and light practice

strength (20 minutes)

heavy grave diggers x 4/4 reps x 5 sets

conditioning/accessory work (2 rounds)

inside mills x 15/15 reps

dead stop 2 hand side swings x 10/10 reps

barbarian lateral lunges x 100 feet
