On January 23, 2016 Don Giafardino  introduced me to his excellent Adex maces and clubs.

I took to them right away and I just knew that this would be  the next wave of fitness tgraining.

Much respect to Donnie! He has become a great friend and mentor to me over the years.

Mace Fit® is the most popular class at my gym, and it has expanded to several states in the U.S. and to Puerto Rico and the U.K.

I believe Mace Fit® will have a global reach one day.
