I think that was an old Irish greeting, but being Italian and Swedish/Norwegian I probably got it wrong.
Anyhow, I have a simple way to make better use of your existing training equipment.
Over the years I have avoided buying new stuff for the gym as much as possible.
Except for some racks and my Adex maces & clubs almost everything else was bought used
or made by me or a friend.
I would see what I had that could be used in more than one way.
Here’s an example of what we used in our Mace Fit® classes yesterday.
We did farmers walks with an Adex club loaded to 70lb.
Though we have done this exercise many, many times over the years with other types of equipment,
we had never used clubs for this before.
We already had plenty of Adex equipment there so we loaded it a little differently.
It was a tough carry.
After the first couple of 100 foot carries, Ichiban suggested using Fat Gripz (which we already had) to challenge the grip even more.
That made the club even more formidable.
It was great!

There are things you can use to multiply the effectiveness of your training
