uppercut front lunges x 10/10 reps

specific warmup (5 minutes)

barbarian lateral lunge 360’s set up and light practice

strength (20 minutes)

barbarian lateral lunge 360’s x 10/10 reps x 3 sets (note: do all one side first, do not alternate)

conditioning/accessory work (1 round)

battering rams x 12/12 reps

lateral mace press aka archer press x 7/7 reps

isometric lever hold x 30/30 seconds
